Despite producing food of
unmatched quality, rotisserie
cooking is an underutilized
method of cooking in the US.
By rotating the food over
coals, it is constantly self
basting in its own juices as
the flavors reduce and
concentrate on the food itself.
The flavor of food cooked like
this is unlike anything off of
a conventional grill where one
side is cold and the other
side is exposed to all the
heat as the juices drip off.
The Carson Rotisserie does
this extremely well with
multiple skewers at two
different levels providing two
different levels of heat for
food as needed. It is
perfectly suited for parties
where many different types of
foods can be cooked up at the
same time. It is amazing to
watch our friends snap it up.
We still like some foods
grilled but since getting the
Carson Rotisserie we use it
75% of the time we cook
outdoors. Try it. You won't
regret it!

Our Carson Rotisserie is way
better than expected and we
expected a lot. The
design is extremely well
thought out and the amount of
food we can cook with it is
stunning. Feeding a crowd of
10-12 people is no problem.
You really have to
experience it to believe it.
As good as the videos and
pictures make it look, they
can't fully capture the
potential of this unit.
Although portable, the unit is
very sturdy. Don't confuse
this with other portables
where you have to sacrifice
cooking area, heat capacity,
or quality. It brings home
and restaurant quality cooking
out where you want it. Your
biggest problem will be
the mismatch of such awesome
food on paper plates with
plastic cutlery. This isn't
your typical weenie roast.
If you are a fan of Brazilian
barbecue or just a fan of
great tasting food, I can't
recommend it enough. It isn't
often that you find a new
product like this so well
designed and built. Kudos to
Blake and the crew at Carson
Rotisseries! This thing
is awesome.

A friend of mine recently
purchased one of your
rotisseries. This past weekend
we christened the unit. I must
say that I was absolutely
amazed with the
results. I have been cooking
on an Holland Grill for years
and thought nothing
could beat it. Wrong. Now I
gotta have one for myself.
Congratulations. You have

This is the biggest
advancement in barbecueing
since propane grills were
introduced. What an ingenious
idea! Why go to a Brazilian
steakhouse? You can have it
at home any time!
